Somatic Experiencing in Restorative Poses: Experience the profound benefits of Somatic Experiencing techniques integrated into supported restorative poses. Savasana with Sound Healing: Conclude your practice with a deeply relaxing Savasana enhanced by the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
