“Beyond Realistic Watercolor” – Intermediate/Advance Watercolor Class w/ Exhibiting Artist Luis Perez

“Sweet ‘n Savory” exhibiting artist, Luis Perez, will cover various ways you can approach watercolor. Students will create paintings that conveys more than just a pretty image. The instructor will cover composition and design, textures, techniques, and more that will help you express a narrative (private or public).

Examples & demos will be shown, followed by completing a painting. Open to intermediate or advanced watercolor students of all ages. Students must provide their own watercolor materials. Recommended materials: Watercolor papers, colors, brushes, mist sprayer, tape, masking fluid, sponges, drawing pad, pencils (H, 2B, 4B, 6B), & a kneaded eraser. Ages 16+.
