Living in Gratitude When the foundation of global culture is disrupted, we often forget how to walk on the earth, honor one another, give thanks. Instead, we hunker down to just get by… sometimes we even reclaim familiar, even if unhealthy ways. We retreat to our comfort zone.
Dampened with anxiety and uncertainty, we stop listening to one another. We isolate ourselves, become separate, and fail to have compassion. -Remember our collective humanity. Rather than learn from those who suffered before us, we relive histories, recycle patterns.
We can do something to change the course. -In our lives, and our shared history. We can open our hearts. We can listen again. We can make healthier, more connected choices. We can make broader, more ever-lasting change.
